Proof of Concept
Attorney Andrew Sirkin arranged 6,000 equity share ventures in San Francisco, proving the model's potential for both investors and occupants.
Lessons Learned
Over time those ventures faced challenges. When the market collapsed, one venturer had nothing to lose. Failed supervisors and agents were happy for draws but could not close deals effectively. The system needed refinement.
